Yes. Click credit application at the top of any page. We use 256-bit encryption to keep your information safe. This sends the information to us and then we send it to Pioneer Credit along with the information for the vehicle you choose in the application. We will contact you as soon as we have an answer. It usually takes a few hours during business hours.
Is the credit application for Buy Here Pay Here?
No. It is for financing from Pioneer Credit.
Can I fill out a credit application in person or via Fax?
Yes. Click Download Application on the credit application page. Print it, fill it out, and fax it to 865-247-7319. Or you may come in and fill one out.
Can I fill out a credit application over the phone?
On a mobile browser on your phone, yes. Calling and giving the information? No.
What do I need to get approved?
It really depends on your credit history and income. We do not see the credit reports, but we do recommend that you make at least $1,500 per month before taxes and have no recent repossessions.
What do I need to bring with me if I am approved?
You must bring your drivers license, a couple of your most recent pay stubs (a bank statement is fine if you are self employed), a utility bill, and you must have proof of full coverage on the vehicle you are getting financed for. You can do that if and after you are approved.
What do you do with my application if it is not approved?
We shred it to protect your privacy.
What do you do with my application if I am approved?
We store it with the rest of the information on the vehicle in a secure place. We black out your SSN as well.
I purchased a vehicle from you [customer or dealer] and am trying to sell it, but I see you have it advertised at [some website]
Whenever we sell a vehicle to a customer we will mark it sold for a short period of time to let people know that it has been sold. If you purchased one from us at the auction we will remove it from our site, Craigslist, carsonlinefree.com, freeclassifieds.com, etc. immediately. If you Google the VIN and it shows some of the information in the search results, that is Google and it may take a few days for that information to disappear. Some of the sites we use uploads our listings to hundreds of other car listing websites and we do not have any control over them, but they usually go away after 30 days. If you need us to remove it immediately email me.

Is your credit application secure?
Yes. We use 256-bit encryption. That is double the strength of Bank of America and most everyone else.
